Harper Slade was founded in 2021, founder and CEO Nikki Lanier brought together her years of experience in macro-economic policy, human capital solutions, and the public and private sector to create an advisory firm that addresses workforce problems of today and the future. Harper Slade was also founded to help institutions mitigate risk not only legally, but culturally and operationally to create systemic change.
